Lactose Free? No, but very low. Each serving has about 2–2.4g of lactose. Some lactose intolerant customers report using Lactaid or low-lactose milks.

Allergens
CRUSHS contains Milk (dairy). All of our flavors are made with milk protein isolate, whole milk powder, and cream powder.
Our products do not contain peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, wheat, gluten, soy, fish, or shellfish as ingredients.
However, our products are manufactured in a facility that also processes products containing other allergens, including peanuts. Equipment is cleaned between batches following GMP and NSF sanitation protocols.
