When will my order ship?
We normally ship orders early mornings Monday through Friday. Most orders go out the same or the next business day. Orders placed Friday past around 6am or so through Sunday PM ship first thing Monday morning.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 days, depending on your location. You’ll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. We ship pretty quick from our Wisconsin warehouse.
Canadian orders may take a little longer due to customs.
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to the US and Canada at the moment. If you're in a different country and interested let us know so we can plan for international orders better.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Most likely, yes. You have at least 30 minutes after placing your order to make changes or cancel. After that, it might already be packed. Email us and we’ll do our best to help.
Something showed up damaged. What do I do?
Let us know. We’ll make it right. Send an email with photos and/or video along with your name and order number.
I can't find my package
Sometimes the tracking is off by a day. It may take an extra day to get to you.
Check with your neighbors (happens more than you think).
Walk around your house and see if they left if somewhere else. (Also happens quite often)
