When will my order ship?

We ship Monday through Thursday afternoons. Sometimes Friday morning as well. Most orders go out the same or the next business day. Orders placed Thursday PM through Sunday usually ship first thing Monday morning.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 days, depending on your location. You’ll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.

I didn’t get my tracking info.

Check your spam or promotions folder. It’s almost always in there. If you still didn't get it email us and we'll check on it for you, no problem. Please include your name and order number in your email.

It says “delivered” but there’s no package. What now?

That happens sometimes. The post office and UPS can sometimes mark something as delivered a little early. Give it a day or two. Still nothing? Email us and we’ll help.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We’re only shipping within the US for now. If you're in a different country and interested let us know so we can plan for international orders better!

Can I cancel or change my order?

Most likely, yes. You have at least 30 minutes after placing your order to make changes or cancel. After that, it might already be packed. Email us and we’ll do our best to help.

Something showed up damaged. What do I do?

Let us know. We’ll make it right. Send an email with photos and your order number.

I emailed you but haven't heard back

Check your spam folder. Sometimes our emails might get sent there.

Why don't you have a contact form?

Honestly, it usually causes more trouble than it's worth. People forget to add their name, they mistype their email address (impossible for us to get back to them), and we get robots sending spam messages. 

 

Send us an email. We'll get back to you. Don't forget to include your order number, your contact info (name, phone or email) and any important details we should know!
