The Prize
Each month, 3 winners will receive one Ninja Creami Deluxe and two bags of CRUSHS Protein Ice Cream Mix. Approximate retail value: $320. Winner may elect to receive a $200 Amazon gift card plus two bags of CRUSHS Protein Ice Cream Mix instead. No cash alternative. Prizes will be shipped within 4–6 weeks of winner verification.

How to Enter
Enter by submitting your email address on the entry form at crushs.com. Double your chances of winning by also signing up for SMS updates with your mobile number. Limit one entry per person per method, per monthly entry period. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time.

Entry
Entry is valid only for the monthly period in which it is submitted and does not carry over to future drawings. By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from CRUSHS USA LLC and may opt out at any time.

Winner Selection
Each monthly entry period runs from the 1st through the last day of the calendar month. Winners are selected randomly at the close of each monthly period from all eligible entries received during that period. Odds depend on total entries received.

Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted via email. Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification or forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected.

Eligibility
Open to US residents 18 years of age or older. Employees of CRUSHS USA LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible.
